The Family Seal Company was started by Matt and Candace Hutton. They design products that help people show their passion for Family, Adoption & Foster Care.
Matt and Candace have been married for over 20 years and have four sons. The two youngest boys joined their family through foster care and adoption in 2015. To make adoption day more special, they designed shirts for the entire family to wear to the courthouse. It turned out to be more meaningful to their boys than they expected.
They knew the adoption process might be a little confusing and intimidating for the boys. To their surprise, it was the shirts that made the day clear for them. Maybe it was seeing their own names listed along side the rest of their forever family, or maybe it was seeing a bunch of people wearing a shirt that matched their own, but the shirts had an impact. Two years later, they still choose to wear them about once a week.
If an Adoption Day is in your future, the Hutton’s would love to help you get ready for the big day! If you’re interested in a customized shirt for your family, get in touch with them to get the process rolling.
They also started Little 10 Robot, a company that creates family friendly apps and games. Matt is the creative force behind Little 10 Robot, but the entire family gets involved. The older boys are learning to help with artwork, coding and sound design. The younger boys are faithful testers.
Matt has always been an entrepreneur. He co-founded Spinlight in 2000, as an advertising and design agency. After thriving in that space for ten years, he pivoted the company into app development in order to focus on creating content for kids. After building up a catalog of 18 award-winning apps, Spinlight was acquired in 2015.
Matt has now created over 20 different apps, including two for Disney. Little 10 Robot is the next chapter.
